Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Effective leadership and management of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) practices within BAUER Technologies and its UK-wide special foundation construction projects
- Assist the project teams and management in the preparation of safe systems of work, quality and management documents for the project to ensure legislative compliance
- Conduct regular safety, environmental and quality site inspections ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, liaise with external agencies (as required)
- Ensure implementation of corrective actions and share lessons learnt with the wider BAUER Group and UK piling industry through the Federation of Piling Specialists
- Maintain HSEQ data and external submittals for the business including trend analysis in line with the businesses KPIs, accident and incidents, audit and submitted observations
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field of studies
- Professional experience as HSE Manager, HSE Officer or similar role within the UK market; experience in the special foundation business a big plus
- In-depth knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations
- Completed HSE related certificates, such as NEBOSH Diploma, ISO Internal Auditor Training, Member of IOSH and IEMA or similar
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel
